运营策划实习生（出海） 本科：170/天；研究生： 200/天
工作描述:  
1、负责产品的对接与上线；  
2、产品日常数据监测与分析，保证产品正常运营；  
3、参与线上线下活动策划与执行，并通过数据分析进行复盘与优化；  
4、负责产品社区运营，活跃社区气氛，并收集总结玩家反馈，为产品调优提供指导性建议；
5、产品评测与竞品分析，定期产出产品评测报告。
职位要求:  
1、热爱游戏，熟悉各类手机游戏，有手游运营和手游公会经验或是骨灰玩家优先；  
2、有良好的沟通协调能力和执行能力，创新能力强，善于思考，思路清晰，善于与玩家沟通交流；  
3、大学本科以上学历，工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳，具有较强的抗压能力和团队合作意识；  
4、有良好的英文读写能力（可直接撰写编辑英文稿件、与玩家沟通），一定的英文听说能力；或具备其他小语种及语言优势，有海外留学经历者优先。
  
  
海外客服专员 薪资范围： 15k - 30k
工作描述:  
1.负责回复玩家客诉，包含邮件，商店评论，社区评论；  
2.负责对接VIP玩家，解决玩家问题；  
3.能够及时发现/反馈客诉中的紧急问题，并立即反馈给产品部门相关人员；  
4.每日根据各方客诉反馈，整理日报，并将问题及时反馈给产品问题。
职位要求:  
1.专科及以上学历，精通英语，读写能力优秀，能用英文做流利的在线客服工作；  
2.一年以上海外游戏行业的客服经验；  
3.沟通能力强，具备良好的服务意识。
  
  
英文JD：
1. Manage player communities, such as Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, etc. for games published in overseas markets  
  
2. Collect issue reports and suggestions from players and provide regular feedback to development teams  
  
3. Review the translation of localized games and translate new contents  
  
4. Support English-speaking players on the AIHlep support platform
  
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker who can communicate in Chinese  
  
2. 3+ years experience in overseas community management  
  
3. Fast thinker with good data analysis skills and writing skills  
  
4. Ability to follow the latest trends and think creatively  
  
5. Team player who can work under pressure; optimistic and open-minded; good communication and execution skills
